Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, as well as an open-plan living room, dining area and utility. To the front of the property is a large hot tub. Off-road parking is available for 3 cars. Combe Martin is a village and civil parish in the north of Devon, England, situated on the coast. The village dates back to the Iron Age, with evidence of habitation in the nearby Newberry Castle. A traditional strawberry fair is held annually, with stalls selling local produce. With sandy beaches nearby and a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from - you won't want to leave.
