30 Gunver is a delightful chalet situated on a holiday park, two miles from the village of St Merryn and four miles from Padstow in Cornwall. This single-storey cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double and a family room with triple bunks (double below, single on top), as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a lawned garden with furniture and barbecue and on-site there is shared use of a tennis court, crazy golf and a children's play area. 30 Gunver is an ideal base for families with sandy beaches nearby and within reach of many of Cornwall's famous attractions.

The village of St Merryn is situated within easy reach of the coast and the fishing port of Padstow. St Merryn offers two pubs, three restaurants, a Chinese takeaway, a chip shop, mini-markets and a Post Office. Within driving distance is the town of Newquay and the Eden Project, along with many of other popular attractions that are in the area.
Cornwall is a region full of history, culture and unique identity. So unique in fact that Cornwall has its very own language (Kernowek), flag (St Piran's Banner) and national anthem (Trelawney). In 2014 the UK government officially recognised the fine people of Cornwall as a national minority group, meaning that Cornish heritage and traditions now join the Irish, Scottish and Welsh as a protected Celtic group.
Cornwall is proudly known as the stunning setting of the popular BBC television series 'Poldark', starring Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson. Cornwall is also proud of its famous Cornish Pasty, but has another pastry dish to offer you, the Stargazy Pie! If you don't mind a few pilchards looking at you whilst you eat, then the Stargazy Pie is the pie for you. After a pasty or a pie, or both, you might fancy a pint and Cornwall has a great choice of locally produced beers to satisfy your thirst.
