The cottage is designed in an upside down style and has one double bedroom and one twin room as well as a family bathroom, making it suitable for four people. Also in the cottage is a first floor open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is shared use of the gardens and off road parking for two cars. With all of the delights of Cornwall to discover, Poldark Cottage is a lovely family cottage in a stunning area.

Helston lies on the Lizard Peninsula and is a market town famous for its Flora Day. Nearby is the town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west.
