There's also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire, whilst outside, there is ample off road parking, a private, enclosed patio, a shared children's play area and walks to be enjoyed across the farm. With fishing also available nearby and the joys of the Dales and Lake District both within easy reach, Oak Tree Cottage is a wonderful base.
Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor single. Ground floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with electric fire.
The charming old village of Tebay sits near the eastern fringe of the Lake District National Park. The village itself winds its way along the edge of the main thoroughfare and the traditionally whitewashed Cross Keys Inn has been there for 500 years or more. Along with its better-known neighbours of Kendal, Sedbergh and Appleby-in-Westmorland, the area is surrounded by lovely rolling countryside and beautiful scenery.

Reviews for Oak Tree Cottage
A very spacious cottage with a lovely kitchen! The views were outstanding, the view out of each window was like looking out to a living picture frame as my partner described it! It was just off the M6 and we were so glad about it! There was good access to close attractions but there was so much to explore just around the cottage! We enjoyed our hike down to the river and up the hill! Will definitely book again!
