The cottage also a kitchen, a sitting room with dining area and a conservatory. Outside there's off road parking for one car and an enclosed gravelled and decked garden with furniture. Sunseekers is a convenient base for exploring this part of Cornwall.

The town of Hayle is situated in the far-flung south western corner of Cornwall and sits on an important RSPB wildlife estuary flowing out to the beautiful St Ives Bay. Hayle has a harbour, Paradise Wildlife Park, shops, restaurants and bars.
