The remainder of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. To the outside is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis and a rear decked balcony with furniture and a lower terrace. Set in a conservation area with views across the River Dart, Topsail offers an enjoyable holiday the year-round.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the River Dart estuary in the South Hams area of South Devon. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon, offering a stunning waterfront, narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries, plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta.
