Cornwall is a region full of history, culture and unique identity. So unique in fact that Cornwall has its very own language (Kernowek), flag (St Piran's Banner) and national anthem (Trelawney). In 2014 the UK government officially recognised the fine people of Cornwall as a national minority group, meaning that Cornish heritage and traditions now join the Irish, Scottish and Welsh as a protected Celtic group.
Cornwall is proudly known as the stunning setting of the popular BBC television series 'Poldark', starring Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson. Cornwall is also proud of its famous Cornish Pasty, but has another pastry dish to offer you, the Stargazy Pie!
