Galleries, museums and the fabulous cathedral, an array of shops, pub/restaurants and evening entertainment are all yours to enjoy. The Cornish coast is full of cliff top walks and rugged coastline with hidden coves and wide stretches of golden sands. A walking, cycling and touring delight.
Cornwall is a region full of history, culture and unique identity. So unique in fact that Cornwall has its very own language (Kernowek), flag (St Piran's Banner) and national anthem (Trelawney). In 2014 the UK government officially recognised the fine people of Cornwall as a national minority group, meaning that Cornish heritage and traditions now join the Irish, Scottish and Welsh as a protected Celtic group.
Cornwall is proudly known as the stunning setting of the popular BBC television series 'Poldark', starring Aidan Turner and Eleanor Tomlinson. If you don't mind a few pilchards looking at you whilst you eat, then the Stargazy Pie is the pie for you.
