By The Sea is a ground floor apartment within a large Victorian House overlooking Towan Beach in Newquay. The apartment sleeps four people in two bedrooms and also has two bathrooms. There is an open plan living space comprising sitting and dining areas and a kitchen. Patio doors lead out to a balcony with furniture and steps lead down to a communal garden. Set within secure grounds, access is via security coded electronic gates and each apartment has allocated parking for one car. Magnificently located there are sea views from the living area, patio and gardens making it a great choice for sea lovers!
