The cottage can sleep twelve people in three king size doubles (two with en-suite facilities) and three twin bedrooms as well as a family shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with a dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Hybadore Coach House is a fantastic cottage which can be enjoyed all year round.

Golant is a Cornish village set on the River Fowey and has a village pub, hotel and restaurant and a retail art gallery. Right on your doorstep you could enjoy a walk along the riverside or even book a kayaking trip. Nearby is the popular village of Fowey which has a wider range of shops, pubs and restaurant and has a lot to offer all year round. There is also attractions in the area including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Cornwall is a region full of history, culture and unique identity. So unique in fact that Cornwall has its very own language (Kernowek), flag (St Piran's Banner) and national anthem (Trelawney). In 2014 the UK government officially recognised the fine people of Cornwall as a national minority group, meaning that Cornish heritage and traditions now join the Irish, Scottish and Welsh as a protected Celtic group.
