Otter View is an annexe cottage based in a secluded location, near Holsworthy in Devon. The cottage has one king size bedroom and a shower room, it can sleep two people. Also inside you can find a kitchen, a shared utility and a living dining room. To the outside there is a patio area with a picnic bench and forty acres of private land belonging to the owners. Otter View is a great little cottage for walkers to come and enjoy this brilliant area.

Holsworthy is a market town in Devon, in the lush greenery of Tarka country. Holsworthy has a selection of shops and pubs, a park and swimming pool, 18-hole golf course and plenty of fishing, cycling and walking in the surrounding countryside. Holsworthy is within easy reach of the sandy beaches at Bude, or the moors of Bodmin, Exmoor or Dartmoor.
