It has a large sitting room with electric fire as well as an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with the washing machine accessible via the owners home which is next door. There is ample parking at the front. Riverside house is great for families or friends with spacious rooms and superb views of the countryside.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: guests to enter via the glass doors, where a key safe will be located. Note: the washing machine and dryer are in the owners' side of the property therefore permission will need to be asked to use. Note: there is a farm dog that roams the grounds but he will not go inside the house. Note: the patio area has a very steep drop and the whole garden is edged with a river, children must must be supervised. Sorry: No hen/stag or similar.
