The vast bedroom boasts views of the river. The rear garden is landscaped with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the suntrap terrace. On street parking is available close to the cottage. a Yacht Club and Saltash is within easy reach for provisions.

The village of Cargreen occupies a very pretty waterside location on the banks of the River Tamar, four miles north of Saltash, in South East Cornwall. Cargreen has a sailing club wth a bar and a community book exchange in a disused telephone box, and there is a lovely friendly country pub, one mile away in the village of Botus Fleming. Cargreen is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
