It offers two bedrooms which include a double and a twin bedroom, there is also a bathroom, the property is able to sleep four guests. Its interior also includes a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside you will find off-road parking, a side patio with furniture and a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sea View is a stylish apartment enjoying superb coastal scenery and lying within easy reach of many of Cornwall's finest attractions.

Roadside parking on private road, on a first come, first served basis. Once your space is reserved this can be used for the week. Side garden, rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach and promenade 7 mins walk. Note: There are 7 steps up to property and in the terraced garden, care must be taken, therefore may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. Note: Access to property is up a steep hill and care needs to be taken to negotiate the lane. Note: The private road to the property is partially made up and uneven.
Next to Penzance, the fishing port of Newlyn has a harbour and a selection of shops and eateries. The Cornish coast is easy to explore, abundant in scenery, flora and wildlife. With the renowned St Michael's Mount and Land's End both within reach. Walkers and cyclists will adore the South West Coast Path.
