Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon, it offers a beach with amusements, Seafield Gardens, Seaton Tramway and a wide range of excellent restaurants, bars, pubs and more. Sidmouth and Lyme Regis lie in either direction along the South West Coast Path, while the East Devon AONB is also nearby.
Devon has quite a few claims to fame such as being the backdrop to many films, including; War Horse - starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston, and directed by Steven Spielberg. Sense and Sensibility - starring Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Hugh Grant and Kate Winslet. The French Lieutenant's Woman - starring Meryl Streep and Jeremy Irons.
