This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike, and is home to a very popular beach as well it's own Dinosaur Park! This is an ideal base for touring, and discovering North Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within easy reach. There are also numerous National Trust properties and gardens waiting to be enjoyed. Surfing at Woolacombe is among the best in the South West, while the South West coastal path passes within a mile.

South Devon is home to over 20 miles of Torbay coastline which is otherwise known as the 'English Riviera'. Brixton, Paignton and Torquay are the three Riviera towns and are great places to enjoy a day at the seaside. So if you fancy some fresh sea air and picturesque views then visit the 'English Riviera'.
The Dartmoor National Park can be found in Devon and offers visitors a dramatic moorland landscape, ancient woodland, rare wildlife and notable influences, such as the location for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes case 'The Hound of the Baskervilles'.
