Bridestowe benefits from a charming village pub serving food as well as a handy shop and is within easy reach of Okehampton. Lovers of the outdoors can head into the wondrous Dartmoor National Park, an idyllic landscape abounding in breath-taking walking and cycling country. Slightly further afield you can take a trip around the towns of Launceston and Tavistock with their quaint architecture and much to see and do.
