On the first floor you will also find a family shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to an outdoor WC room. Inside, you will also find an open-plan sitting room, with a dining area, featuring a woodburning and an electric fire. Outside you will find a delightful patio area with a seating area, lawned area, a summer house and parking suitable for 2/3 cars.

Perranporth is a small coastal town situated within Cornwall, England. Within this village you will find a number of traditional pubs and shops, in addition to a sandy beach with a delightful coastal path. Popular attractions here include Blue Hills Museum and the Perranzabuloe Folk Museum, where you can explore the history of the coastal area. Nearby are the miles of beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay and a charming coastal walk around St Agnes.
