The seaside town of Torquay in South Devon has been attracting visitors for the best part of 200 years, with its abundant activities from coastal walks to restaurants and nightlife. There are three shopping centres, a number of places to eat and drink and strolls beside the harbour. Visitors can catch a boat to Brixham or Paignton, try sea angling or a range of water-based activities, or head to Paignton Zoo. There is also Torre Abbey and Kents Cavern as well as an array of beaches.
